Description

TeSys Giga high-power contactor, 3 poles (3 NO) for category AC-3 applications up to 500A (315kW) at 440V. It provides a 200-500V AC/DC wide-band low-consumption electronic coil, PLC output control, and an embedded highly reliable 1NO+1NC auxiliary contact block (17V, 1 mA). Designed for demanding applications with maximum operating rates of up to 600 cycles per hour and environments up to 60°C. It procures high reliability and durability with 5-cycle mechanical durability. Local and Remote Contact Wear Diagnosis (CWD) as a standard function, continuous monitoring with healthy and alarm indicators. It is possible to replace the switching module (main contacts) and enhance the life of the contactor. The contactor can be fixed in all quadrants without removing cables/busbars, and the OLR could be directly mounted below the contactor. To be used with power connection by bolted connection with cable memory kit and control connections by spring terminals, accessible from front for easy and quick replacement. It provides IP2x protection on the front face with shrouds conforming to IEC 60529 and VDE 0106. It can cover -25°C to 60°C operation ambient air temperature and directly mounted on plate, No derating up to 3000m altitude. The dimensions are 290mm x 140mm x 209mm (H x W x D). This compact size enables panel space savings. Multi-standards certified (CE,CB,CCC,cULus,EAC,KC, RCM, and Marine) and Green Premium compliant (RoHs/Reach). A unique QR code provides quick access to complete product data.
