  FLUX commutator motors are detachable, compact lightweight drives and yet extremely robust thanks to its heavy duty housing construction, these motors can cover a vast number of applications from light non-frequent to continuous 24/7 operations, the wide capacity range of these reliable and portable motors make them incredibly versatile, with models from 230 to 800 watts these range of motors can cover almost every market/application where a drum or IBC pump might be required and therefore can be used with the vast majority of our Flux pumps.

   

  Depending on the model these motors are available with variable speed control, with internal and external ventilation, with or without no-volt release and protection enclosures from IP-24 to IP-55.

   

  ATEX (explosion proof) certified and high temperature commutator motors are also available, designed for hazardous environments or applications, i.e. highly flammable liquids, petrol stations etc.

   

  The FEM 4070 motor is compatible with most flux centrifugal pumps, this lightweight award winning, dual speed electric motor is suitable for pumping thin – medium viscous fluids. Available with or without no-volt release and with a wide operating temperature range (-20 – 40°C) the FEM 4070 motor is a very popular option for most barrel pump applications.
